"I love the above star rating. . . specifically the pain relief and comfort. Yes I gave it 5 stars all around because it is an excellent product. Myofascial release is INTENSE even painful but it does increase blood flow and circulation to the intended area which does DECREASE pain and inflammation in time. I use foam rollers and this cork roller does offer a deeper intensity. It is more portable and compact than my foam rollers which is nice. Good product, good price. This item arrived early, was packaged well, and in new condition."

"I highly recommend Halfmoon's cork massage roller. The smaller diameter relative to traditional foam rollers makes it easier to control the direction and force. I also find it easier to use than massage balls, which can roll out of place. My husband loves using this cork massage roller for his feet and forearms, for the same reason. As a petite woman, I also find it easer to use this roller for my calves."
