"I love my new mat! The material is firm but supportive. It's thick enough that it feels like there's some cushion to it but not so thick that it's annoying to carry around. Initially I was worried that it was too grippy, but I just had to adjust how I move between poses to be more of a shimmy or hops when appropriate instead of sliding. It's well worth it for the stability and grip of the mat. Lastly, I do mostly hot yoga and can get pretty sweaty - the grip is good even when damp. 10/10, I'm extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend. Also for reference I am 5'11 and really love the long version, I feel way less cramped on my mat."

"First, I loved that there was no chemical smell right from the start, I aired it out as I had planned but it didn’t actually need it. Also, loved the option of order XLong (Im 6’ tall). The only suggestion I would make is to make the XLong mats a bit wider as well as longer…my legs and arms are longer than average so some floorwork requires more careful positioning without any extra width. But all in all I love the feel of it and the grip. Best yoga mat I’ve had!"
