"This is my third B-Mat. They are excellent when new, and I'm happy to report that the latest version has a much less pronounced latex smell than earlier versions. My last B-Mat withstood regular use for about 6 years, then the surface dried, it lost its tackiness and began shedding bits."
"I have tried lululemon, which while initally good, lost it's grip within 2 years. I have been agressively using my bmat and it has been dependable in so many ways. Just 2mm more than a regular mat and the cushion is superb. The grip is outstanding and the extra length is wonderful. Now let's make it a few inches wider and it would be even better than perfect. "The size is great, I no longer find myself stepping off the mat and I don't need to adjust where I am. It's also very good at keeping me in place, it has a good texture and I don't slip. This is a great mat! If you find yourself frequently adjusting yourself on the mat because of your height, this is a great option! I'm very pleased. I feel more focused on the yoga im doing versus slipping or adjusting myself back on the mat."
