"Honestly not a fan of this mat at all. When you first feel it, it feels sticky and like it would have great grip. But, as soon as you start sweating all grip goes away. I was slipping and sliding all over my mat during a heated flow class. I then used it during a nonheated class and the stickiness was driving me crazy. Every piece of hair, lint, and dust was pulled to my mat. The return policy is too strict and now I’m stuck with a $120 mat I’ll never use."

"I am a yoga instructor and 15 year practitioner. This is the best mat I have owned. It's very, very grippy and easy to clean so great for power and hatha practices. I'm not a hot yoga guy so I can't say for that. I use it for other practices like Pilates and clalestetics. The only thing it is so grippy that I find it uncomfortable for a yin practice, despite the padding which I find useful. If I do a yin I put a softer mat on top like Gaiam."
