The roller itself is made from a foam blend that contains bamboo, rice husk, straw, wood particles, and other plant-based, renewable components. Its ridged, easy-clean surface delivers firm pressure with some give, and its “rolling pin” construction provides more control than the standard foam roller.
Use it to boost circulation to sensitive or sore areas after a hard workout, or to release knots after a long day working from home.
